Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you buy from The Copy Viking (“we”, “us”, “our”) and when you use the membership platform. By buying a product or using the platform, you agree to them.

Business Information

The Copy Viking is a sole proprietorship operated by Søren Juul Jordansen, registered in Denmark under CVR number 29736243.

What You Get

Our products are digital: training, frameworks, prompts, plugins, templates and related downloads, delivered through the membership platform. Purchases are made through third-party checkout platforms (such as WarriorPlus), whose own terms also apply to the payment.

Your Licence

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own writing and publishing, including books you sell commercially. You may not resell, share, give away, re-upload or republish our materials (in whole or in part), present them as your own product or training, or share your account or login with anyone else.

Your Books Are Yours

The books and other work you create with our products belong to you. We claim no rights in them.

AI Tools and Your Responsibility

Our products help you work with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT. You are responsible for reviewing everything the AI produces, for its accuracy (including historical facts), for making sure it doesn’t copy anyone else’s work, and for following the rules of every platform you publish on, including Amazon KDP’s content and AI-disclosure guidelines.

No Guaranteed Results

We share our methods and our own results, but we can’t promise you any particular sales, income or rankings. Results depend on your book, your effort, your market and many things outside our control.

Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

Our training refers to tools and services run by other companies (for example Amazon KDP, Anthropic, OpenAI and Canva). Their terms and prices apply, they may change at any time, and we are not responsible for them. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Payments, Refunds and Subscriptions

Prices and refund terms are shown on the sales page at the time of purchase, and refunds are handled through the platform you bought from. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time through the platform you subscribed with, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Access and Changes to Products

We keep improving our products, so training, frameworks and tools may be updated, reorganised or replaced over time. We aim to keep the products you’ve bought available for as long as we operate the membership platform.

Your Account

Please keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend or close an account that shares access, redistributes our materials, abuses the community or other members, or is used for fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks.

Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost sales), and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
