Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and products are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Membership Platform
The sections below apply specifically to the members’ area (the website where you log in to access your products, training, downloads, and community). They describe how the membership platform itself handles your data, in addition to everything above.
How You Sign In
The membership platform uses passwordless “magic link” sign-in. We do not store a password for your account. When you log in, we send a one-time link to your email address; clicking it signs you in. Your email address is held by our authentication provider (Supabase) and is used only to sign you in and to send account-related messages.
What We Store on the Platform
We deliberately keep the membership platform privacy-first. Inside the platform we store:
- Your email address (held by our authentication provider, for sign-in)
- A random account identifier that is not linked to your real-world identity
- A username and display name that you choose
- Your activity on the platform — products and bonuses you own, training progress, points, badges, bookmarks, and community posts
We do not store your real name, postal address, phone number, or payment details on the membership platform.
Access Logging (Dispute & Fraud Evidence)
To protect against payment disputes and fraud, the platform keeps a record of when a logged-in member accesses paid content they own. This record exists for one reason only: so that, if a purchase is disputed or charged back, we can demonstrate that the content was in fact delivered and accessed.
What this record contains:
- Your account identifier (the random ID described above) — your email address is not stored in this record
- The type of activity (viewing a training module, opening a download page, or downloading a file)
- Which item was accessed
- The date it happened
We do not record your IP address, device, or location in this log, and it is collapsed to at most one entry per item per day. This information is never used for marketing or advertising. It is kept for approximately seven months — long enough to cover payment-dispute windows — and is then automatically deleted. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and resolving disputes.
